How Does the Selection Process Work?


The selection process for ROG Academy Season 10 is rigorous and comprehensive:


  1. Registration: Interested players can sign up for the program. It's Open now.


  2. Shortlisting: Candidates are screened based on initial criteria.


  3. Tryouts: Shortlisted players undergo in-game assessments, expert interviews, and psychometric tests.


  4. Final Selection: Six players are chosen to join the program.

The previous season saw ROG Academy players competing in 21 tournaments, including prestigious events like the Dust2 India – 1xBet Cup Open Qualifier and ESL Challenger Jonkoping – Asia Qualifier.
