Krafton India has added a new feature to Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) - World of Wonder (WoW) mode maps that actually teach you important stuff while you play.
Three educational maps are available right now, and each one focuses on different real-world skills that could literally save lives:
Fire Rescue - Be a Hero (Map Code: 10564)
Environmental Crisis - Save Verdantia (Map Code: 10596)
Road Safety Rally (Map Code: 10341)
In Fire Rescuer Map, you learn all about fire safety basics, emergency response techniques, and how to navigate evacuation scenarios.
The Environmental Crisis Map helps you to understand how to manage waste properly and practice eco-friendly habits.
Meanwhile, the Road Safety Rally map teaches the importance of following traffic rules, being responsible on the road, wearing helmets, and respecting traffic signals.
Sean Hyunil Sohn, CEO of Krafton India, explained why they created these educational maps.
"With over 590 million gamers in India, gaming has the power to be the ultimate classroom, making learning both immersive and fun while imparting essential life skills to the next generation," he said. According to Sohn, Krafton India wants to use gaming to create positive change that goes beyond just entertainment.
In addition to these educational maps, BGMI recently launched a new series called Wow Wakao. This series features smaller maps with different rules compared to the regular game format. One of the maps in this series is called Aim Academy.
