Konami is launching a special Holi-themed campaign for its game eFootball, featuring Indian football captain Gurpreet Singh Sandhu and popular gaming personality Jonathan Gaming.
Holi, often called the Festival of Colors, is one of India's most beloved celebrations that marks the arrival of spring. This vibrant festival sees people across India coming together to throw colored powders and water at each other in joyful celebration, symbolizing the triumph of good over evil and the spirit of unity.
The festive campaign will run from March 1 to March 26, bringing unique content to players across India.
At the center of the celebration is the "Goal Ke Rang" eFootball tournament, which offers participants a chance to compete for a €1000 prize pool.
According to the announcement, Sandhu will make a special reveal during the campaign period, though details remain under wraps. Players can look forward to India-exclusive in-game content that will be released soon.
The campaign extends beyond these two prominent figures to include several well-known gaming creators from the Indian scene. Gamerfleet, Sharkshe, RK Reddy, Snax, and Eagle Gaming will all participate in the festivities, bringing their audiences into the celebration.
Players interested in joining the tournament or participating in campaign activities need to register through the official eFootball India Discord server, which will serve as the hub for all event information.
The Holi campaign runs alongside eFootball's FC Bayern 125th Anniversary Campaign, which offers players various commemorative rewards including special avatars and badges to mark the famous club's milestone.
eFootball is available on PC, mobile devices (Android and iOS), and major consoles including PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Xbox Series X|S.
