HYBE has unveiled 'Puzzle SEVENTEEN', the first official mobile match-3 puzzle game for K-pop group SEVENTEEN. The company has opened global pre-registration through the official brand website, where fans can register by visiting the pre-registration page and proceeding to either Google Play or the Apple App Store.
Everyone who pre-registers will receive special in-game gifts including the 'Bongbong Decor Item' created by SEVENTEEN members themselves and heart-time vouchers to enhance gameplay.
As the world-famous 13-member group's first official game, 'Puzzle SEVENTEEN' will support nine languages including Korean, English, and Japanese, targeting fans in 170 countries and regions worldwide (except China).
The game features several unique elements that showcase SEVENTEEN's personal touch, including super-deformed (SD) character versions of all members, special storylines that let players enjoy SEVENTEEN's narratives, and a customizable 'mini room' where users can decorate spaces representing each member. Players can also collect virtual costumes that replicate the group's actual stage outfits.
According to HYBE, every aspect of the game incorporates SEVENTEEN's creativity and personal touches to create an immersive experience for fans.
To build excitement for the launch, HYBE IM has released a special video series called 'Puzzle Boy (Pu22le Bo1)' starring SEVENTEEN member Wonwoo. The first video shows Wonwoo playing the game while completing various in-game missions.
Reports indicate that Wonwoo will personally design a 'Puzzle Boy Logo Frame' that will later be given to players as a special in-game reward. The company plans to gradually release more content featuring other SEVENTEEN members interacting with the game.
Fans can participate in special social media events leading up to the official launch. By engaging with a video of SEVENTEEN's in-game characters dancing to their hit song 'Very NICE', players will have opportunities to unlock individual dance clips of each member.
