Skyesports Pro League Free Fire Masters 2025

The Skyesports Pro League Free Fire Masters (FFM) 2025 is set to launch on March 11, marking the return of Free Fire esports to India using the international version of the game, Free Fire MAX

This prestigious competition will bring together 18 elite teams competing for a substantial prize pool of ₹15 lakh.

This tournament comes after Free Fire was banned in India in 2022, with Skyesports now utilizing Free Fire MAX as the platform for competitive play. This strategic choice helps align Indian players with the global esports ecosystem, eliminating barriers that have sometimes caused confusion in the BGMI/PUBG esports scene.

Several prominent content creators are leading teams in this competition, including Team Elite (Pahadi Gamer), TSG Army, Team Vasiyo, and Desi Army.

Tournament Format

The six-day competition follows a structured three-stage format designed to test teams' skills and consistency:

Knockout Stage (March 11-13)

  • 18 clubs divided into three equal groups

  • Each group plays 12 matches, totaling 18 matches in this stage

  • Only the top 12 teams from the overall standings advance to subsequent stages

  • Teams ranking 13th to 18th are eliminated

Point Rush (March 15)

The 12 qualifying teams compete in six matches

Teams earn valuable "headstart points" for the Finals based on Knockout Stage performance:

  • 1st Place: 10 points

  • 2nd Place: 7 points

  • 3rd Place: 5 points

  • 4th Place: 3 points

  • 5th Place: 2 points

  • 6th Place: 1 point

  • 7th-12th Place: 0 points

Grand Finals (March 16)

  • The same 12 teams battle through eight intense matches

  • The first team to reach 80 points AND win a "Booyah" (match victory) claims the championship

  • If no team achieves both requirements, the title goes to the team with the highest overall standing

The tournament will be broadcast live on Skyesports' official YouTube channel.

The event builds on Skyesports' history of organizing successful esports tournaments across India, which include BGMI, The FINALS, and CS2.
