Stellar Blade is coming to PC this June with full support for Nvidia's DLSS 4 technology on release day. The game will include DLSS Super Resolution, Multi Frame Generation, and Nvidia Reflex features right from launch.

Early performance indicators show impressive results even without these AI enhancements. According to Nvidia's demonstration video, Stellar Blade runs at over 100 frames per second (FPS) at 4K resolution with maximum graphics settings on an RTX 5090 graphics card. When DLSS technology is enabled, the game's performance jumps dramatically to more than 300 FPS.

SHIFT UP, the developers behind this critically acclaimed action game, have worked to ensure the PC version takes full advantage of Nvidia's latest technologies. As Nvidia states, "DLSS Multi Frame Generation will maximize performance on GeForce RTX 50 Series GPUs. DLSS Frame Generation will multiply frame rates for GeForce RTX 40 Series gamers."

The implementation also includes Nvidia's newest transformer AI model for DLSS Super Resolution, which enhances image quality. Additionally, NVIDIA Reflex technology will reduce input lag, making gameplay more responsive and helping players handle challenging combat encounters.

While the RTX 5090 used in the demonstration is much more powerful than what most gamers have in their systems, the strong baseline performance without DLSS is encouraging news. Most PC players don't use 4K monitors, and those who do typically employ upscaling technologies to get the best performance from their hardware anyway.

The demonstration video suggests that Stellar Blade's PC port is well-optimized. Players with various modern graphics cards should be able to run the game smoothly, though exact performance will vary based on individual system specifications.

This optimization effort represents good news for fans who have been waiting for the PC release since the game's initial console launch. The PC version appears to maintain the visual quality and performance that earned the game positive reviews while adding the benefits of Nvidia's latest graphics technologies.

The full release in June will confirm whether these early performance indicators hold true across a wider range of hardware configurations.
